Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Include all original tags and packaging.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).

Please do not send any items back without first receiving return authorization from our support team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at freezethese7535@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds
